These Terms of Service govern your use of The Way I Feel website and purchases made from The Way I Feel, operated by Unfurled Mind Studio.

1. ABOUT THE WAY I FEEL

The Way I Feel is a clothing and lifestyle brand operated by Unfurled Mind Studio.

The Forest of Feelings is a project associated with The Way I Feel through which trees are planted as part of our long-term plantation initiative.

2. FOUNDING MEMBERSHIP

The Forest of Feelings Founding Membership is a limited offering intended for the first 200 confirmed Founding Members.

The total price of the Founding Membership is ₹11,999.

A Founding Membership includes the components described on the relevant product and collection pages, which may include:

• A tree planted in the member's name.
• Tree planting and initial establishment.
• A unique Tree ID.
• Planting photographs and location information.
• Recognition as a Founding Member.
• A limited Founding Member hoodie.
• Selection of an available tree species, subject to availability and suitability.
• Selection of the available Founding Member hoodie design and size.

3. ORDERS AND PAYMENT

All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (₹) unless otherwise stated.

The customer is responsible for providing accurate information while placing an order.

An order is considered confirmed after successful payment and receipt of an order confirmation from us.

We reserve the right to contact a customer if there is an issue with product availability, tree species availability, payment, delivery information or any other material aspect of the order.

4. TREE SPECIES

Customers may select from the tree species made available at the time of purchase.

Tree species are subject to availability and suitability for the planting location.

If a selected species is unavailable or unsuitable, we will contact the customer and offer a suitable alternative.

5. TREE PLANTING

Trees will be purchased and planted according to our plantation schedule and suitable planting conditions.

The exact planting date may vary depending on plant availability, weather, seasonal conditions and other practical circumstances.

After planting, we intend to provide the member with their Tree ID, planting photographs and location information.

6. TREE CARE

We intend to care for the planted trees as part of the Forest of Feelings and make reasonable efforts to maintain them.

Trees are living organisms and their growth and survival can be affected by weather, disease, pests, natural events, soil conditions and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We therefore cannot guarantee a particular rate of growth, size, lifespan or survival of an individual tree.

If a tree does not survive despite reasonable care, we may, where reasonably practical and subject to availability, replace it with another suitable tree.

7. FRUIT-BEARING TREES

Members may choose available fruit-bearing tree species.

Fruit production depends on the species, age, maturity, season, weather, soil conditions and other natural factors.

We do not guarantee a particular quantity, frequency or timing of fruit production.

When fruit is available, members may visit the Forest of Feelings and enjoy or collect fruit from their tree, subject to reasonable arrangements and applicable conditions.

If a member requests fruit to be transported or couriered, applicable transportation or courier charges will be the member's responsibility.

8. FOUNDING MEMBER RECOGNITION

Confirmed Founding Members may be listed on the Members of the Forest of Feelings page using the information provided for public display.

Customers may choose the name they wish to have displayed, subject to reasonable requirements and applicable law.

We will not publicly display sensitive personal information such as phone numbers, email addresses or private residential addresses.

9. FOUNDING MEMBER HOODIE

The Founding Membership includes a limited Founding Member hoodie as described on the relevant product page.

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct hoodie design and size before completing their order.

Hoodie availability, colours, designs and sizes are subject to the options displayed on the website at the time of purchase.

10. PRODUCT INFORMATION

We make reasonable efforts to display product images, descriptions, colours, sizes and specifications accurately.

Actual colours may vary slightly depending on the customer's screen or device.

We reserve the right to correct genuine errors in product information, pricing or availability.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to permit misleading representations about our products or services.

11. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Orders will be shipped according to our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on production, processing, courier services, destination and other circumstances.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact information.

12. CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS

Cancellation and refund requests are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy and applicable Indian law.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit or exclude any consumer rights or remedies available under applicable law.

13. WEBSITE USE

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes.

You must not:

• Use the website for fraudulent or unlawful activities.
• Attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the website.
• Copy or reproduce website content for commercial purposes without permission.
• Misuse our branding, photographs, designs or other intellectual property.

14. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Way I Feel, its designs, graphics, photographs, logos, written content, product designs, Forest of Feelings materials and other original content are owned by or licensed to Unfurled Mind Studio unless otherwise stated.

You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell or commercially use our original content without prior written permission.

15. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Our website may use third-party services including Shopify, payment gateways, courier services and other service providers.

Your use of such services may also be subject to their respective terms and policies.

16. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

We will make reasonable efforts to provide the products and services described on the website.

However, we are not responsible for circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, extreme weather, disease, pests, transportation disruptions, courier delays, supplier shortages, technical failures or other events outside our reasonable control.
