FOUNDING MEMBERSHIP ORDERS

The Founding Membership is a limited offering for the first 200 members of the Forest of Feelings.

The total price of a Founding Membership is ₹11,999.

The Founding Membership includes a tree planted in the member's name, tree planting and initial establishment, a Tree ID, planting photographs and location information, Founding Member recognition, and a limited Founding Member hoodie.

CANCELLATION REQUESTS

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing the order at 8055846070 or th.way.i.feel.@gmail.com.

We will review the status of your order and inform you whether cancellation is possible.

Because each Founding Membership involves allocating a tree, recording member information and preparing a selected hoodie, cancellation may not be possible after the relevant components of the order have been procured, prepared or processed, except where a refund or cancellation is required under applicable law.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

If you receive a hoodie that is damaged, defective, or different from the product you ordered, please contact us with your order details and clear photographs of the issue as soon as possible after delivery.

We will review the issue and, where applicable, arrange an appropriate replacement or refund in accordance with applicable law and our policies.

TREE SPECIES AVAILABILITY

Tree species selected at checkout are subject to availability and suitability for the planting location.

If your selected species is unavailable or unsuitable for the location, we will contact you and offer suitable alternatives.

TREE PLANTING

After your order is confirmed, your tree will be allocated and planted according to our plantation schedule.

You will receive your Tree ID, planting photographs and location information after the tree has been planted.

The exact planting date may vary depending on plant availability, weather conditions and suitable planting conditions.

FRUIT-BEARING TREES

If you select a fruit-bearing tree, fruit production depends on the species, age of the tree, season, weather and natural growing conditions.

We cannot guarantee a specific quantity, frequency or timing of fruit production.

Members may visit the Forest of Feelings and enjoy fruit from their tree when available. If fruit is requested to be transported or couriered, applicable transportation or courier charges will be the member's responsibility.

REFUND PROCESSING

Where a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method, subject to the applicable payment provider's processing timelines and applicable law.

APPLICABLE CONSUMER RIGHTS

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit or exclude any rights or remedies available to consumers under applicable Indian law.
