FOUNDING MEMBER ORDERS

Founding Membership orders include a limited Founding Member hoodie and a tree planted as part of the Forest of Feelings.

After your order is confirmed, we will process your selected tree and hoodie according to our planned production and plantation schedule.

TREE PLANTING

Trees will be purchased and planted according to plant availability, weather conditions and suitable planting conditions.

After your tree has been planted, we will provide your Tree ID, planting photographs and location information.

The exact planting date may vary depending on weather, availability and other practical planting conditions.

HOODIE DELIVERY

The Founding Member hoodie will be prepared after the relevant order details have been confirmed.

Once your hoodie is ready for dispatch, it will be shipped to the delivery address provided with your order.

You will receive shipping or tracking information where available.

DELIVERY TIME

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on the destination, courier service, production requirements and other circumstances.

Any estimated delivery timeline provided on the website is an estimate and not a guaranteed delivery date.

If there is a significant delay affecting your order, we will make reasonable efforts to communicate the updated status.

SHIPPING ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact information.

If an order cannot be delivered because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch where applicable.

CHANGES TO DELIVERY ADDRESS

If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

Once the order has been dispatched, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

DAMAGED PACKAGE

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please take photographs of the package and product and contact us as soon as possible.

We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with our policies and applicable law.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

At present, Founding Member hoodie delivery is intended for addresses within India unless otherwise agreed with us in advance.
